Don’t Give Up “Push”

Romans 8:13 “For if you live after the flesh, ye shall die: but ye the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.”

God has been speaking to me about seasons and cycles. We are in a season of deliverance–a time when God births you into a new realm of power, affluence, influence, personal and spiritual integrity. And a time for old cycles to be broken. In order for old cycles to be broken, it is imperative for you to die to the flesh. You must ask God to give you the grace to live a consecrated life-style and to direct you by His Spirit to fast. Paul puts it this way in 1 Corinthians 15:31, “. . . I die daily”; and in Romans 12:1-2 he implores:present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Today is a good day to die to the flesh; do not feed the flesh. It is a time of letting go of the things that keeps you attached to this world; it means a submission of our being to His so He can work through us. As you do, I speak that the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray Godyour whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it (I Thessalonians 5: 23-24). Living a consecrated life must be a daily conscious act. Whatever season you find yourself in, remember you can experience a due season according to Galatians 6:9. Through the divine enabling power of the Holy Spirit you will be birthed into the next realm and season successfully. Believe God. Have faith in the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). I believe Heaven is making a divine announcement and pronouncement over your life. God has provided the thrust for you to be ushered into this new season. God is in the midst of your storm and greater than your circumstances. He is El Elyon, the Most High, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, All-powerful God. Give no place in your mind, soul, nor spirit to the devil (Ephesians 4:27). I am announcing to you that you are not forgotten, that Heaven has not given up on you. Move away from those things that so easily beset you and lay aside every weight (Hebrews 12:1) and let Heaven birth you out into purpose and destiny.

May the following quote from Leviticus 26:4-12 encourage, refresh and bless you, as God promises: Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

I ENCOURAGE YOU: DON’T GIVE UP, PUSH!

Hair Loss 101!

When your hair looks good, you feel good. Weaves are great for change and wigs are great to give your natural hair a rest, but everyone enjoys wearing their own hair. Let’s discuss how to grow and maintain your natural hair.

1. Brush your hair regularly before going to bed each night.
2. Take a calcium supplement or drink two glasses of milk a day.
3. Add iron and minerals in the natural form in your diet.
4. Restrict blow-drying your hair. The process of blow-drying is harsh on hair as it robs it of moisture.
5. Avoid dyes. Use mehandi (henna) instead as a conditioner and coloring agent.
6. Trim your hair once in 7 weeks to avoid split ends.
7. If your hair is oily, cut down on fried food and fat.
Drink plenty of water daily.

Roots are the living parts of the hair and so the supply of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional supplements cannot be overlooked.
Besides nutritious diet intake, healthy hair needs regular cleansing and conditioning to remove dirt and sebum which affect the health of hair by getting struck and closing the pores.
They need external help to be stripped off. While cleansing or conditioning, it is better to use the useful natural based professional hair care products available in the market. Studies have confirmed that herbal and natural cleansers  are the best form of hair care and hair growth products needed for healthy hair.

There is an increasing popularity of such hair cleansers and conditioners. The reason of the increasing popularity lies with the fact that many people prefer not to apply harmful chemicals on their hair. These hair care remedies are effective in treating various hair problems other than providing a soothing effect on the scalp.

All these useful products and supplements have not only demonstrated their effectiveness by preventing hair loss, but they also reversed the hair loss causes and promoted hair growth. The most advantageous factor of these natural hair care remedies is that they are devoid of any side effects used according to the recommended procedure.

To give your tresses that extra boost, a vitamin regimen can do wonders For best results, make sure that you are getting 5000 IU daily of Biotin,  vitamin A  100 mg, 60 mg of vitamin C and up to 400 IU of vitamin E with selenium.

Hair loss, or baldness, is often times the direct result of not having enough vitamin b in the system. Vitamin b6 is also very important for a healthy head of hair.

Without the proper amounts of vitamins in your system you  lack the key components for natural hair growth.

These include sulfur, magnesium, zinc and biotin. Not having enough of these vitamins will most often result in hair loss, or baldness.

Biotin
Biotin is an important nutrient for healthy hair because it produces keratin, which is the protein found in nails, hair and skin. Along with strengthening hair through the production of keratin, biotin may also be responsible for the prevention of graying and hair loss. Biotin can be found in a number of foods, including whole grains, milk and eggs.
Vitamin b also enhances the quality, texture and thickness of hair.
Vitamin E can also have an effect on your hair growth, as it activates your bodies oxygen intake and helps your blood circulate naturally through the body. Proper blood flow is essential to all growth and rejuvenation.

Sulfur: can promote hair growth with remarkable results, if there is an evident deficiency of sulfur.
Dry skin and brittle hair may be one of the early signs of sulfur deficiency. Sulfur is present in all protein rich foods in abundant quantities. It promotes healthy growth of hair and nails, apart from providing a healthy glow to skin.
In the body, sulfur exists as amino acids – methionine and cysteine
Cedarwood, Magnesium & Zinc:
A deficiency in the minerals magnesium, zinc, or calcium affects how the hair is nourished. A lack in these important minerals may eventually cause the hair to fall out. Furthermore, too much calcium in relation to the amount of magnesium in the body can also negatively affect the hair.
A lot of times females have too much calcium in their body in relation to magnesium. This calcium and magnesium imbalance stems from eating too much sugar. Eating too much sugar can cause the body to become insulin resistant

. When a lot of sugar is eaten, insulin levels become very high, thus taking the calcium from bones. Then the calcium gets deposited into the body’s soft tissues, and as a result, calcium and magnesium levels in the body become unbalanced.
